The qualified candidate should have extensive experience in all aspects of machining in a job shop environment. In addition to having the required technical and trade skills, our employees must have a professional attitude and stellar work ethic.

Physical & Other Requirements:
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
WA state driver’s license
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate Haas CNC Mills (fixturing, jaws, load program, etc.)
• Setup and operate Haas CNC Lathes (a plus, not required)
• Setup required fixturing & tooling
• Utilize basic G Code programming and editing skills
• Assist operators with machining problems
• Producing first articles which meet specification requirements
• Perform 1st article inspection before submitting it to Inspection
• Must be able to work well with and communicate effectively with co-workers
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of G-code programming language
• Knowledge of machining processes
• Interpret drawings and specifications
• Able to read & write English
• Use all variable measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Able to set up CNC mills & lathes
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate with Management, Engineering, and operators
• Strong problem-solving skillset
